When putting on your shoes is not everything…

Waking up early to get ready for a run, was totally not what I felt like doing this morning. Yet as it was once pointed out to me that”putting on your running shoes is the hardest” … I followed this advice and Rene and I went for a 4 mile run. On our way back I tried to explain something to Rene and must have somewhat turned my head, which ended up me sliding over the non pavement … read: rocks and dirt. Not fun and I have some scrapes and bruises to proof it happened. Don’t worry I’ll be fine. Lesson learned, again, always look down to the next step in front to avoid a “touch down :)”.

This week I will try my best to figure out how to make this blog a multi language blog – Dutchies I have not forgotten you!

Happy weekend from Haiti.
